BTW there are reports now of Ukrainian pushes in Lisichansk and Luhansk Oblast. Russians are having a fun time for sure. No Panic and Losses from them though.

50K KIA is 1/4 of the initial invasion force of 199-200K. Rule of thumb dictates that the MIA and WIA could be 3 times the number of KIA.

We're not even taking into accounts the losses from DPR and LPR, in short the initial invasion army you saw during the year long buildup is no longer there.

Whatever you saw now is likely the little remnants of the original invasion force and some volunteers, no wonder the collapse in Kharkiv happens so fast.
