Missiles always ahead on the platforms interms of maneuver.Some missiles lost power at long range with reducing G maneuvers from 60 to 30,but still a way upper than any platform.We should encounter not the platform maneuvers alone but their missiles they carry on,their stealth,and power of FCR,network capability,electronic war capability,experience,it goes on…..There is no single silver bullet in any case,and there will a solution to every case.

A statement came from Baykar Technology General Manager Haluk Bayraktar about the neutralization of Iranian-made kamikaze UAVs used by invading Russia in Ukraine. Bayraktar reported that TB2s will soon be able to resist kamikazes.
Baykar Teknoloji General Manager Haluk Bayraktar said in a statement at the aerospace and defense fair SAHA EXPO 2022 in Istanbul that they have started working to make the Bayraktar TB2 UCAVs capable of firing air-to-air missiles. Haluk Bayraktar answered the Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA) media service's question about Iranian-made kamikaze UAVs the previous day. Invading Russia is targeting critical infrastructure facilities of Ukraine with kamikaze UAVs procured from Iran and continues to slaughter civilians.

Haluk Bayraktar stated that they are working to bring Bayraktar TB2 and Akıncı to a level that can withstand the kamikazes. Bayraktar said, “Soon Bayraktar TB2 and our Akıncıs will be equipped with air-to-air missiles to destroy not only unmanned aerial vehicles but also enemy aircraft…we are conducting tests.” made the statement. Bayraktar said, "In any case, we need to be ready to take countermeasures... We fully support Ukraine to protect its sovereignty."

Can Turkish wages attract foreign engineers? Surely the same job in the USA and much of Europe would pay more then in Turkey? Hasnt this been a problem for Turkey over the prior decades that foreign companies could offer higher wages and as a result Turkey was losing her brightest talents?
The USA gets to benefit from being able to offer better wages and as result many of the worlds great minds go to the USA to work.

I saw an unmanned vehicle brochure called This " Vurucu İha", described as an unmanned flying system with multi-rotor munitions. I don't know if I've covered the topic before. But such handmade devices are used a lot in trench warfare in the ukraine-russian war.

The most recent claim from our neighbor's media is that Turkish drones are flying suspiciously often over Greek islands because we'd implement a 'secret plan'. They accuse us of building a digital map/relief of the islands topography for the sole purpose of jam proofing the navigation systems of our drones. Could it be?

The manufacturer of Turkey’s Bayraktar TB2 and Akinci has suggested that the combat drones could become an effective countermeasure against the explosive-laden Iranian-built drones currently bombarding Ukraine upon completion of a project to arm them with short-range air-to-air missiles (AAMs).
At the Saha Expo defense fair in Istanbul in late October, Turkey’s Baykar Defense and missile manufacturer Roketsan signed a contract to integrate the latter’s short-range Sungur air defense missile onto the former’s well-known Bayraktar drones. The general manager of Roketsan went so far as to say that this integration would constitute a “game changer.”
Baykar and Rocketsan suggest this will create a low-cost solution for combating attack helicopters and enemy drones, reducing the need to expend expensive AAMs fired by modern fighter jets.

Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar pointed out that the Shahed-136 loitering munitions (so-called suicide drones) Russia is currently using against Ukraine are slow and noisy and, therefore, “easy targets” for the short-range AAMs fired from Turkish drones.
“Soon our Bayraktar TB2 and Akincis will have air-to-air missiles; not only to engage drones but other enemy aircraft … we are conducting our tests,” Bayraktar said at the event.
Ukraine presently uses its ground-based air defense systems and fighter jets to intercept these Iranian drones, which reportedly cost as little as $20,000 per unit and are launched in large numbers against their targets. Russia is using these Shaheds for attacks against Ukrainian cities and infrastructure.
Kyiv has a sizable arsenal of combat-proven TB2 drones. Turkey began supplying Ukraine with these drones in 2019 and has delivered several more since the Russian invasion. Baykar plans to establish a factory in Ukraine to manufacture the TB2, the Akinci, and the upcoming Kizilelma unmanned fighter jet locally.
Given this close and growing defense cooperation, it would not be surprising if Baykar soon outfits Ukraine’s TB2s with an AAM version of the Sungur.
Analysts, however, are skeptical that this represents the optimal solution for the current and future drone threats Ukraine faces.
“I think in light of this announcement, the utility of such an approach must be cheaper than Shaheds themselves if this concept is to be utilized,” said Samuel Bendett, a research analyst with the Center for Naval Analyses. “So if those missiles are cheaper than $20,000 each, such an approach can make sense - but probably over a limited geographical area.”
“The Russians have started launching their Shaheds from multiple locations, so would it make sense to constantly have TB2 and Akinci drones in the air around the clock to track Shaheds?” he added.
Bendett suggested that using AAMs on unmanned aircraft could “be an effective last mile measure to take down these drones.”
“But even here, the cost of using such Turkish drones against Shaheds or Arash drones may outweigh the cost of the Iranian drones themselves,” he said.
James Rogers, a professor at the Center for War Studies at the University of Southern Denmark and a non-resident senior fellow at the Cornell Tech Policy Lab at Cornell University, is also skeptical about the utility of this proposed solution.
“Although the CEO of Turkey’s Baykar has suggested that arming its TB2 and Akinci drones with Sungur air-to-air missiles would be a cost-effective solution for combating the Iranian Shahed-136 loitering munitions, I think in reality this would not be a viable long-term solution,” he said.
Rogers pointed out that air defense is generally not easy with “no quick fix” and gave two primary reasons why Bayraktar’s proposal is no exception.
“First, the TB2s may be able to help in a specific location for a short time, such as in regions of Kyiv, when the route of the Shahed-136 is known,” he said. “Yet, even then, the swarming tactics used by Russia to saturate Ukrainian defenses would likely overwhelm the TB2’s countering capabilities. “
“Second, when you take into account the broader defense of Ukraine and attacks against other cities, the TB2 option would require hundreds of systems in a persistent air support role in hundreds of locations, which is not a scalable possibility.”
More generally, Rogers described air defense as “a broader shortfall of the Western allies after a generation of neglect” which now “requires a multi-nation allied approach to invest in coalition technologies, tactics and strategies of air defense.”
“We also have to keep in mind the growing number and sophistication of Iranian-made drones planned for deployment by Russia,” he said. “This includes the Arash-2 kamikaze drone, which is reportedly faster, smarter, and longer-range than the Shahed-136, which will put increased pressure on Ukrainian air defenses.”

Kamchibek Tasiyev, Chairman of the Kyrgyzstan State Committee of National Security: And now AKSUNGUR is ours too! Taşiyev, previously stated "Bayraktar AKINCI is now ours!". Looks like Krgyzstan saw the effectiveness of Turkish drones in the recent Tajikistani invasion.

We have a defense industry and project load that can destroy enemy without firing a single bullet but If Turkiye is forced to use full scale forces to a brain-dead spoiled enemy one day, the war will be over in terms of equipment, probably within less than 1 week due to using disproportionate force that the World hasn't ever seen yet.
