Probably TF6000 can make the MIUS supersonic already.

People, rather enthusiastically, say KIZILELMA will be the real deal with TF6000 but we have never heard BAYKAR making any reference to TF6000 yet. someone should direct this question to Selçuk Bayraktar in an interview and get his thoughts.

Kızılelma is meant to remain affordable for some years whereas TF6000 will make it expensive. However once KE is fully matured it can don a more powerfull engine to support advanced features.also Baykar probably has a longterm deal with Ukraine and will honor the deal for a minimum of 500 engines including the ones for Akıncı.

Kızılelma is meant to be the TB2 of jet powered UCAVs.

I don't know about the "expensive" part but I also think it has to do with Ukrainians. Or to do with the company "Black Sea Shield", to be exact. Baykar could, potentially, renege on the deal, citing the supply risks and issues caused by the Russian-Ukrainian War but I'm not sure if they'd venture that way. Either way, I think, we'll see TF6000 on a TAI product long before on KIZILELMA(assuming they can still get engines from Ukraine).

If the weight of Kızılelma is more than expected this could have something to do have something to do with the AI-25 being underpowered. I'm no expert but that first low flight could have been the ground effect in action. I'm probably wrong, let's hope we see a proper flight soon.

The thing was throttling down as it was levelling off. So I'm pretty sure that's not the case.

1. At night, no pictures could be taken.
2. If it crashed, it could be covered up easier
3. Flight took place to clear up any issues, which could lead to a disastrous media "First Flight"

First flights are just going around the airfield and land back, so there will be people around, especially when you give NOTAM that causes curiosity. Hiding potential crashes would be easier if you just made it secret. Also, Baykar had over 2k employees, at this level, hiding a thing is really difficult. People will tell it to their mothers, wives, etc., and rumors will spread like there is no tomorrow.

Also, in the case of a crash, the first flight will be delayed for 6 months or more since the prototype would be destroyed in the accident.

This one is also unlikely, Baykar would release the videos by now if there is a first flight that ended with a normal landing.

Both MIUS KE and TISU will use variants of the same engine. This will be a huge advantage for air force logistics.
