On the pther hand, new Pakistani government is super close with Turkey and Turkey helped their nuclear development. Turkiye is like a secret box you never know what comes next, on rhe other hand it works with Russia on Nuclear power which worth more around 25 billion$ and we all know that Russians are easy sharing those technologies.For some reason, the USA does not want anyone other than the planes it developed to launch the nuclear.

Israel had French test data at hand, India, Pakistan and North Korea all had help from either NATO or the Soviets.
