Our turret seems so bare bone compared to what they put on Leo 1
but maybe this one is just for Expo purpose, not all equipments installed yet.
They said it in the video itself, some of the equipment are not yet installed, that's why it looks bare empty.

So AMX and Harimau has the same gun?
I don't think so.
Their 105 ammunition are different
i was about to say that atypical french cannon have that iconic muzzle brake like the one on AMX-13/105, Kurrasier, and AMX-10RC and harimau.

yes amx-13/105 (non retrofit variants) and harimau munition are different, since the harimau munition used 105x617mm cartridge which are munition used on giat CN 105 F1.
AMX-13/105 FL12 has the GIAT CN-105-57 firing HEAT (Officially; there are aftermarket APFS-DS being offered IINM)

Note the "bow tie"-shape double baffle muzzle break on GIAT CN-105-57.

--------------------------

AMX-13/105 FL12 upgrade (gun swapped) has the GIAT CN-105-G1 firing APFS-DS

Note the FL-12 turret with the round-shape muzzle brake of GIAT CN-105-G1 on the first and second AMX, the third (rear) are still in it's original GIAT CN-105-57.

------------------

AMX-13/105 Retrofit has the same GIAT CN-105-G1 firing APFS-DS

Round-shape muzzle brake of GIAT CN-105-G1.

---------------------

Harimau use Cockerill 105mm

Note the different profile of the muzzle brake, fume extractor and the presence of thermal jacket on the barrel.

------------

Tl;dr, Harimau does not use the same guns as AMX-13, AMX-13/105 has French proprietary 105×528mmR caliber, the L7&Cockerill 105 has NATO standard 105×617mmR caliber.
the giat CN 105 F1 does use those cartridges.

Turning our Leo2a4 into this perhaps
technically Leo2 hull + K2 turret. Nice if only TNI can add more hull and standarized into this configurations. I am big fans of Leo 2.

More armor, more bigger is better to give psycological terror. I bet new MBT for army cav still will be Leo 2 since K2 more expensive than Leo 2.

Qatari Leo 2 or Poland K2 which has the higher price?
April 18/13: KMW announces a EUR 1.89 billion (about $2.48 billion) contract with Qatar for 62 Leopard 2A7 main battle tanks, and 24 PzH-2000 heavy self-propelled 155mm howitzers. The contract includes peripheral equipment, training installations, and additional services. > if i assume the tank and sph at same price (which is not likely) will be gone for up to US$ 28 mil per piece. But somehow it will be around 3 to 5 Million US$ cheaper than K2.

Poland K2 deals around, The tanks are part of the 180 K2 tanks Poland agreed to purchase from Hyundai Rotem in a $3.4 billion contract – Korea’s first export of such battle tanks. So it will be US$ 18+ m per tank.

As you know this price not a fixed value of single tank, but with all of its support system. So the sole tank price itself will come cheaper.
