He said launchers. TRG-300 was exhibited for the first time in 2016 iirc.
before that it was T-300 kasirga that entered service in early 2000s.

If not TRG, TR series was there. Also TRG series was launched from Bayraktar class LST years ago.
PS: The mentioned certification dates back to 2012.
Correction: Project in 2012 was for certification of MLRS production (ISO standards and so on) not related to the Navy. However later in 2015 - 2016 - 2017, i am not sure of the date, MLRS certification in accordance with TL rules for Navy has commenced.

What I’m eagerly waiting is the Gökhan Ramjet Air to Air missile. This will be a real game changer regarding Air to Air combat (coupled with a powerful radar of course).

It cannot replace the S-400, and no one ever said such either.
S-400 system has missiles that reach 380km, while Siper is (currently) reaching 150km. But technology wise the Siper system did catch up and is radar wise arguably better. Also the Siper missiles have modern guidance systems.
The nice thing would be if we could integrate the S-400 into the Siper command and control system, where the S-400 extra long range missiles would form the top layer of the layered defense
