I've been doing that over and over again as well, I simply can't help it.I just open/re-open photos over and over and examine all the smallest detail on fuselage
I wish Anka hasn't been used because I would've loved for it to be called Zümrüdüanka, oh well.The name arguments are gonna flare up again
Really showing two companies with two different approaches.
Baykar utilising the iterate fast hardware rich methodology while TAI utilises a lot of software to refine the product before going to hardware.
Both have strength and weaknesses but Baykar should really call TAI and get help on the actuators part.
I saw an AN-124 (probably the same one) parked at Istanbul Airport a month ago. I wonder if we're safekeeping it for Ukraine... Cool nonetheless.
VERY UNLIKELY. The engines are not strong enough, the TCG Andolu is not big enough, we don't have CATOBAR system.Ismail Demir;
We will also make a model that can take off and land on the TCG ANADOLU Ship.
What does that mean exactly?
- Is AESA radar ready?
- Is it ready and already delivered to to TAI?
- Or all of the above and it's "physically" being integrated?
And what about AKINCI? it should have received the radar a few months ago but there was no news(or photos) confirming it.
It seems to have been delivered to the necessary places. I think it is currently being tested or integrated on F16 and Akıncı.
Akıncı doesnt have sufficent power to use that AESA seems like a cheap pr for baykar just test it on a F16 or C-295Ehemmmm... Can't confirm the news. But this was said.
Yusuf Akbaba: Our AESA has been tested on the Akinci platform. Certain corrections were made afterwards. Tests are ongoing.
Or maybe it is easier and cheaper to test it on Akıncı first to get some preliminary data and correct those first before going for more complex tests?Akıncı doesnt have sufficent power to use that AESA seems like a cheap pr for baykar just test it on a F16 or C-295
Test fleet does shit ton of ammunition tests everyday. Its nothing to do with cheapness just give it to Test fleet for tests and not baykarOr maybe it is easier and cheaper to test it on Akıncı first to get some preliminary data and correct those first before going for more complex tests?
How come every single Baykar related news is 'cheap propaganda' for you?Akıncı doesnt have sufficent power to use that AESA seems like a cheap pr for baykar just test it on a F16 or C-295
