My bad blacksea is the most isolated area in the world especially nowadays perfect spot for secretive balistic missile tests, it was night and dark so nobody could sea it! Without WMD warheads, Balistic missiles with longer range than MRBM (3000km) does not make that much strategic sense. (Chenk already fills the role of MRBM. In the future there could be more advanced version of that with 2000-2500km ranges)

Btw, this is not just my random opinion. It is accepted (more or less) as conventional wisdom.

We have already fired our 561 km rocket and we even bragged about it, we don't need to disguise our rockets. We can not afford to lose time in our space launch efforts as we progress in other fields we have to complement them with space systems that can not be provided by third parties.

Why ? The missile tests will be with no real warheads . Aslo the civilian airplanes are everywhere , they aslo are very risky for people in ground but no one stops them?!
I dont see any big risky that to stop those tests even if missile breaks down then probability is very small to hit the house or other objects of people just same as airplanes .

Developing and testing 1000+ km range ballistic missiles just for the sake of it is a big red flag. Might as well shout from the rooftops: WE ARE DEVELOPING NUCLEAR TIPPED ICBM'S!!!
Developing missiles for space launch efforts are both a convenient excuse and a fruitful endeavor.

When the day comes, Turkey will build a launch platform in Somalia (less likely) / Indonesia / Malaysia or thereabouts. Simple physics demands your launchpad to be close to the equator and simple geography demands sea to the east of said launchpad.

Politics also demands that it to be a stable country with good relation to Turkey so it will take one or two dacades before we are there.

Not so much as it used to be. Multiple warheads can be fitted into the tip and can target multiple targets with precision, so a 3000 km range rocket can still make sense with classical explosives.

When the day comes, Turkey will build a launch platform in Somalia (less likely) / Indonesia / Malaysia or thereabouts. Simple physics demands your launchpad to be close to the equator and simple geography demands sea to the east of said launchpad.

Politics also demands that it to be a stable country with good relation to Turkey so it will take one or two dacades before we are there.

A spaceport that consists of floating and land-based elements may be ideal. In Somalia a location with a port can be used for launch and ships can bring in critical elements like the rocket and fuel before a launch making the vulnerability of assets o threats minimal.

Going to the Moon by crash landing a piece of equipment on the Moon is a lot cheaper than sending a man to the Moon's surface. The soft landing will come in the next step after the crash landing.
