Did they build a skyjump mock-up in Corlu Airport for take-off trials?
Later in Q1-2 2024. It will be built before the given time, and installed at the airport and tried prior to trials from Anadolu.

Unless TB3 is moving forward with a skeleton crew due to KE and other ventures, I gotta say this has been really lackluster. First taxi being just last week is just weird to me. I wonder if there’s another reason for it.

Could they be collecting data on this type of airfoil using Super Şimşek ? Before building Anka 3, they said that they were flying a small uav with the same wing profile as Anka 3. I wonder are they gonna do the same thing with Super Şimşek before Anka4?
That's also my guess for SÜPER ŞİMŞEK. It is based on high agility aside from high-subsonic speed (We might see a modified supersonic variant one day) to imitate any air-breathing target.

By extension, this would lay the ground for ANKA-4's flight control system coupled with things gathered from ANKA-3's

While talking of Super Simsek do you guys think it will be the base for the air decoys TAI is planning to develop? I remember there were talks about two variants of which one was equipped with electronic warfare suit.

SÜPER ŞİMŞEK can be equipped with 2 kinds of EW systems according to info from TUSAŞ

1-RF receivers
2-Jammers

Additionally it can act as a decoy

I don't think they will make a new UAV for EW.

I think if they even make a follow-up on S. ŞİMŞEK, it would probably be a supersonic variant as its airframe is somewhat suitable if we exclude the engine part. (Wings would have to be thinner and airfoil would lean to be a wedge configuration)

I think they are going for the takeoff from Anadolu's deck by 29 October. Hope it happens.
That would be illogical. Flight tests will commence with the aircraft using standard paved runways as a starting point. Expect such an envelope expansion sometime in 2024.

Since when does Baykar care about logical R&D?

Told it few days ago, Q1-2 for land based ski-jump trials will be followed by land based landing systems (similar to what will be deployed on Anadolu and TB3) in Q3-4.

In between, they will augment Advent interface to their operator consoles. Not sure if will adopt advent into the UAV. So in short term, navy will be installing drone consoles into the platforms to be able to deploy UAVs, not directly controlling them through Advent.

Baykar will also demonstrate STOL in meanwhile. But before that time it will be typical trials for a land based drone.

Heard of a new TB2 as well, but unsure of its purpose or whether it is an improved version or a new version adopting what learned on TB3 for STOL.

I don't who he is, but, I'll bet that my chance of taking off AND landing on TCG Anadolu by December is higher than TB3.

They've been running simulations with TB3 and ANADOLU at different approaches and wind conditions (Stated to be around 10000 times). So they wont be going into that phase completely unprepared. I think that they might delay it to March 2024 depending on the weather in winter (which might be nasty in both Agean and Mediterranian)

2-When will we see a full footage of mini takeoff

I have the impression that this will not be waited long. October 13, 1st high-speed roll test, October 20 , 2nd high speed rull and Takeoff & Land test, October 25, 3rd high-speed roll test. We are likely to see another TB-3 test video between October 28-30.
