IF this was published from reputable sources, I would believe the substance there with higher confidence. But it was from questionable source.
And assume that is real, I’m not ruling out that US (government) themselves “selective declassified” it, by saying someone made it public without association from the government.
Make it public with NYT, WaPo, WSJ sometimes. They gonna love what you bring. It’s not like you used it to be your propaganda machine, you just give them news for them to amplify your voice.
