Remember this they were actually going to switch sides once tripoli has fallen.
When gna was getting massacred the Italians stood by and done nothing to help the GNA which they were supporting by words.
If tripoli came close to falling the Italians were going to back haftar. Thats why they were so triggered by Turkiye intervening after that it seems Tripoli was not going to fall as the GNA turned the tide of the war due to Turkish support which basically meamt Italy could not switch sides so they had to stick with the GNA.
They are smart. Which I wish our leaders were during arab spring.
Of course not. But shutting up doesn’t hurt. Being busy with other things doesn’t hurt.Does not look good on our part to constantly switch sides.
