it just matter of time that F15 will be acquired by Indo, if the process postponed, or delayed, it was because Indo already made it biggest single arm acquitition, and its not fair if Mindef take all the budget especially foreign loan for its program, there are lots of others ministry programs as importance as mindef own program.

I would say this meeting is more about the existing two hulls, not the further ones. But take it with pinch of salt, it is just my 6th sense.

Could be, there is scorpene 2000 variant that have x rudders, there is also scorpene 1000 with x rudsers, there is even some rumour saying that Indonesia is interested with the litoral scorpene.
