How the Turkish strategic mind and the Turkish Special Forces Command took the biggest hit in the modern history of Turkey

It was the early night of 19th of December 2009. Two officers working for the
regional directorate of the Mobilization Control Board in Cukurambar tied
to the Turkish Special Forces Command were arrested by the Police in the
middle of a special operation .

Information: The creation and development of the plans of our country regarding
preparing and control of mobilization plans and scenarios againsta possible
invasion force, the training which would be provided to the citizens in a case
of invasion, their organization and command was the responsibility of the
Mobilization Control Board Directorate tied to the Special Forces Command

Even after the officers told the policemen that they are military personnel
their hands were cuffed and they were searched. In the time of search one
of the police officers which later was proved to be a FETO member put a note
in the pocket of on of the SF personnel (Colonel) with the writing
"1424. Cd Feza A."

After that the policemen acted like they didn't put the note themselves and
started playing a role. While they looked at the note they suddenly somehow
were enlighted that the two SF personnel were going to kill an AKP member
and member of the parliament Bulent Arinc.

In fact the task of the two SF officers were to conduct a physical tracking
at a Colonel who was suspected of revealing secret information. The
task was personally given by the Commander of the Special Forces and even
one of the vehicles used was a vehicle belonging to the Special Forces Command

After that event Fethullah Gulen and yandas media networks mobilized themselves
in deceiving operation.

One week after that event persecutors together with police teams arrived at
the Ankara Regional Directorate of the Mobilization Control Board tied
to the Special Forces Command where the "Cosmic Rooms" were located and
declared that they want to search the place. While persecutor Mustafa Bilgili
was given access to the place the other persecutor and police teams were denied entry.

A note: Prosecutor Mustafa Bilgili was taken down from his post and persecuted
to 17 years in prison for being a member of FETO terrorist organization. He
will also be tried for a military espionage.

The Colonel who was the Regional Chief and the two detained earlier SF
personel showed to the persecutor the places he can search and denied entry to rooms number 11 and 16.

After access was denied to persecutor Mustafa Bilgili he stated that he came with police teams and he can enter and search wherever he wants and nobody can stop him. After that statement the Regional Chief Colonel stated that Mustafa Bilgili will not be able to enter these rooms and if necesarry he will use force. The persecutor searched the rooms till 00:00 hour and after that military persecutors entered the place.

The military persecutors stated that according to the law persecutor Mustafa Biligi will not be able to enter rooms 11 and 16. After long debate it was decided that a judge can enter these rooms and on the call of a persecutor the judge Kadir Kayan came to continue the search.

Again an interesting note: At the moment Kadir Kayan is out of the country and is wanted because of membership of the FETO terrorist organization.

Kadir Kayan came to conduct the search but the Chief of Mobilization Control Directorate of that time General Selahattin Kisacik denied entry to the FETO member.

Unfortunately we lost General Selahattin Kisacik to the Corona virus

In the same day FETO judge Kadir Kayan is invited to the General Staff HQ
and it is said to him that he will not be let to conduct a search in the
critical rooms. On the next day the Chief of General Staff Ilker Basbug and
the Land Forces Commander Isik Kosaner said directly to the Primeminister
Recep Tayyip Erdogan that it is not adviced these rooms to be searched.

On top of every warning given Recep Tayyip Erdogan is not convinced and he
demands that the judge decision is enforced and decision is taken for a judge
to enter the rooms. That way FETO judge is given an entry to rooms 11 and 16.

The search of the "Cosmic Rooms" continued for 25 days. While the judge was
given entry he was also given a companion personnel. Because of the high risk
and the fact that the FETO judge is carrying a cell phone General Selahattin
Kisacik activates a jammer at the place.

While the judge's decision is that the place is of a high value and a search
have to be completed in a short time the search continued for 25 days and the
search takes another course as on the place of a search connected with the
possible killing plan of AKP politician Bulent Arinc they start search
connected to the events of "State Council Attack", unknown people connected
to hitmen operations etc.

According to the decision that was taken later 20 documents (7 of high
importance) were going to be taken but General Selahattin Kisacik opposed
the decision and every document except 7 were given. When it comes to the
hard disks they were sent to the General Staff HQ in order to be keep in
safety. In short nothing was given to the police and persecution. The documents
and the hard disk of high importance was saved and as to the opposite of
some people's accusations to the Chief of General Staff Ilker Basbug no
critical document was taken.

Four years are passing after these events. In 2013 FETO persecutor Mustafa
Bilgili requests from the judge that he gets access to the hard disk and
strangely the judge don't oppose and gives the requested access.

With the decision of the judge FETO persecutor Mustafa Bilgili requests from
the General Staff and that way the hard disk is in the hands of the
persecution. In that period the Chief of General Staff is General Necdet Ozel
and General Staff Chief Judicial Officer is Colonel Muharrem Kose.

Colonel Muharrem Kose was fired from the Turkish Armed Forces and is given a
life time heavy conditions prison.

The taken hard disk was copied by scientists from TUBITAK on the request of the
FETO persecutor. The scientists are Ebubekir Yalcinkaya and Burak Akoguz.

Again an interesting note: Both Ebubekir Yalcinkya and Burak Akoguz are wanted
because of membership of the FETO terrorist organization.

The hard disk stayed 4 months with these people and was copied 3 times by the
scientists. The locations of the copies of that hard disk are not known.

The content of that hard disk reportedly contained information about
the activities that were going to be carried against an occupying force,
the structures of the opposition forces and information about the
military-civil personnel which is on duty.

While till 2013 there were 16 regional directorates of mobilization control
after the strike of the FETO terrorist organization 11 of these 16 were closed
and one of the most elite units of the Special Forces Command MAK Combat
Search and Rescue is also closed.

Retired Colonel Erkan Yilmaz Buyukkopru wrote very well what happened on the
day of the operation against the "Cosmic Rooms" in his book
"Cosmic Colonel".

Years after these events AKP meber Bulen Arinc says that the investigation on
the case is best to be closed and that he doesn't believe that this was a
killing attempt against him.

While nothing is proven there are potential buyers. The mobilization plans emerged on a more serious level in the 1970s and were compiled by the US within its Gladio network against a Sovyet occupation attempt. In the 1990s the US is completely excluded from these plans in Turkey. In the 1992 the Special Warfare Department undergone a restructuring and was turned into the Special Forces Command. After that restructuring process many things started to take different shape in the Special Forces Command including the mobilization and unconventional forces plans and the Special Forces Command started to be more independent after the Sovyet threat was gone. After the US is excluded from a say in the Turkish mobilization network they probably gained access to the plans again. The US and its Gladio (later political Islam figures took that role) network within the Turkish State are most probably the perpetrator and mastermind behind that move. After the US there are possibly other sides positively affected from these events as much as the US decides.

What bothers me is that security procedures against what happened hasn’t been enacted. This mean politicians and prosecutor can keep fucking around.

The problem in those events is how the law is being bypassed without any problem. In Turkey the prosecutor can easily turn to persecutor without any obstacle. The judgement system in Turkey is corrupted in its roots far from the principles of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and we see the consequences of the malign influence till today.
