Marine/Amphibious Corps will have 3 brigades:
"As for the establishment of an Amphibious Corps in Çanakkale, such a decision was taken in accordance with the developing and strengthening force structure of our Naval Forces. In order to reorganize the Marine Corps at the Corps level, which consists of three brigades, and to use amphibious elements effectively in different regions, the Amphibious Corps Command was established within the Naval Forces Command."

source.
Looks like Oruç reis have a almost 360 degree 100 km x band radar coverage with help of back mar-d and gökdeniz mar-d search radar on front.

250 km s band pesa coverage for horizon search
100 km x band aesa coverage for volume search
100-120 km x band fire control radar.

Looks like good sensor mix for a light air defence frigate.

If siper will launch from mk-41 vls;

127mm cannon
10x Siper
24x Essm
12x Atmaca B2 (with Land Attack Capability)
6x Mark series Mark-46

Good mix.

Correct me If i remember wrong but 2 Track-IIA(Barbaros and Oruçreis) vessels only have 8 cell Mk41s, while for Track-IIBs(Salihreis and Kemalreis) it's 16.

MLU requires taking the ship from active service for at least a year. Oruçreis is out of action for more than 2 years at this point, going for almost 3. The program was already delayed by about a year in 2019 as the ship was required for operations. We know that program is well underway for the other ships but I don't think we will see any action on them before Oruçreis is delivered. As Yavuz and Fatih are now training ships, they might even wait until 2nd and 3rd Istifs are delivered to start the work on the other 3.

I would like to see an amphibious brigade established in the Eastern Black Sea region. Thus, there will be an amphibious brigade headquarters in every sea in our country.

Also, I would like to see major naval base in Sürmene. Current sitiution in harbour mostly idle, whole area can be allocated to the naval forces, not partially but completely. So thus Navy can gain another important shipyard, just like Alaybey. This region also has a traditionally important culture of shipbuilding and repair activities, with generations of families working in this field, which could be instrumentalized for naval forces.

I would especially like the naval forces to have a strong presence in this region with training and support elements, even if not combatant, in our highly nationalistic and traditionally maritime region. The people of the Eastern Black Sea region are in love with their soldiers. In fact, it could be one of the most beautiful places in the country for military personnel to live with their families.According to many criteria such as geopolitical conditions of our country, political relations, and the depth of territorial waters, it can be a very valuable training area. As a matter of fact, ballistic firing tests conducted from Rize have recently been popular.

Yes. For this reason using Track-2’s stop gap of air defence frigate with İ classes and using Track I’s asw/asuw frigate more smarter. But diveding all class is very hard situation.
