Hızray - High speed ring connection from asia to europe in Istanbul:
Finally, a project will deliver the missing piece of the puzzle for public transportation in İstanbul, connecting from asia to europe with a high speed railway which focuses on keeping stations low as possible and connected to the transfer hubs and other major metro and bus lines, the trains will reach 160 km/h at most and in average of 80 km/h, the intervals will be kept low as 3 mins to sustain comfort. It is believed that, the project will ease the load on Metrobus lines.
The project was initially presented by a private company at public transport workshop, later adopted by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Project is planned to be PPI.
It will be the second railway project following Marmaray commuter, with third ,by TCDD, is on the way as intercity high speed railway connection from Sabiha Gökçen Airport - Istanbul Grand Airport and Halkali (major hub).

https://raillynews.com/2020/09/imamoglu-gave-the-mujde,-istanbula-hizray-is-coming/Istanbul has a very long line from one end to the other. All transportation vehicles in Istanbul have a certain mileage. For example, this decreases to 20 kilometers per hour for wheeled vehicles. For example, Marmaray is 38 kilometers. We had to figure this out. For this reason, with "Hızray" HalkalıWe are doing a project with 11 stations from to Sabiha Gökçen. The low number of stops increases the speed. Thanks to this, from Sabiha Gökçen HalkalıThere is also a station layout that includes many vertical subway lines. This project is a project that will allow very fast access to Istanbul from the top. Our goal; to bring this project to a position to receive the permissions of the Assembly and a number of authorized boards in the first six months of 55. It is a project with a cost of about 2021 billion dollars. It has a duration of four years. We will be able to make the cost of this project in the most ethical form of the "build-operate-transfer" model. We also have talks. We want to make this project feasible in the 5th month of 2021.
