Israel is destroying long range missiles and SAMs. Just in case. Think why Turkiye refused to provide such weapons even to its most friendly rebels.

Because somehow they will accuse Turkey of being Khamas

Not providing rebels with missiles is one thing. Attacking and bombing a sovereign country, is another thing.

TURKISH ARMED FORCES: (def.) It is the name of the army that heroically protected the Syrian people in Idlib despite the vile Russian attacks for years; and then saved the lives of Russian soldiers and officers who were trapped after the bloody dictatorship collapsed and ensured their safe exit.

Memun el Culadi, a close friend of Hamas leader Khaled Meshal and an official of the Al-Qassam Brigades, was released from the prisons of the Assad regime, where he had been held for 9 years, with the liberation of Damascus.

He's got no value for Russia any more.
We may hear about his sudden death accidentally falling from a balcony or ingesting some bad tea!
His and his father's right hand man, Khaddam when he fled in 2005, it was reported to have about 1.1 billion dollars in credit suisse at the time.

A perspective on the impact of the Russian collapse in Syria on the global, especially in Africa, worth reading:

The collapse of the Assad regime is for Russia a far worse catastrophe than most realize. It will take me many posts and you will see more and more like this coming the coming days and weeks. Here, I will show the implications on Africa.

As it is well known, one of Russia's "business models" is to prop up dictatorships and putschist regimes all around the globe, including Africa. Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and the Central African Republic are just a few to name of. The Sudanese Civil war is even directly kept on fire by Russia. The latest peace process by the UNSC was stopped by Russia's veto. War and suffering are not only a good business for the Russian war industry, the only operational industry in Russia, but especially for their most infamous mercenary group, Wagner.

In exchange for Russia's help, to prop up those scourge regimes across Africa, Wagner received direct control of lucrative deals for mining operations, especially gold and blood diamonds. The exploitation operations are executed in the most ruthless way, with utter disregard on human life, killing locals and foreigners alike, even Chinese worker. After all, this has always been Wagner number one revenue.

However, logistically, Russia always relied on the Syrian bases to fly out the riches and fly in mercenaries. They always had to pass Khmeimim when going in either direction. It is also safe to assume that much of the operations in Africa were coordinated in Khmeimim. Without this base, all operations in Africa were virtually impossible or the very least much harder to accomplish. And harder means, more expensive.

This "business model" could only thrive for as long as the puppet Assad was in Damascus, which as we all know is history. What this will mean for the putschist regimes and Wagner alike, remains to be seen, but it might give the African people suffering under them and Wagner a new chance to get rid off the Russian influence, the same way as the Syrian people ended it.

The Russians, in addition to Khmeimim, have another airbase in eastern Libya - Al-Jafra. All their operations in Africa were mainly conducted through these two bases. If the new authorities kick the Russians out of Latakia, they will probably close the Syrian skies for their air transit. In this case, the Russians will have big problems in Libya and the African countries you listed.

Now that the ppl have celebrated enough, lets get to business again
Protests are increasing in Raqqa, and with the fall of Manbij, it has become weaker than ever. The Syrian army should immediately exploit the situation and control Raqqa especially when US forces are concentrated in Der ez Zor
If Raqqa falls, Kobani and Ayn Issa are nearly defenseless from behind and it will link the current rebel gains with Turkish gains on the other side of the euphrates

I disagree. Actually he is more important today than 2 days ago for Russians. He is a bargaining chip now.

He will be accountable for the past. He must have some bank accounts with enormous money which belongs to Syrian people etc. Russians can very well dangle him to get some consessions from the new regime, especially for bases.

There is an American saying: A Russian doesnt go to the toilet without a plan.

A Russian doesn't go to the toilet, period. I still remember the pictures of them in Ukraine digging holes to shit in RIGHT NEXT to the bathrooms in the buildings they occupied.
