If you want to piss large ethnic militias that number in the thousands to establish this so called "bufferzone" it aint gonna end well. It's possible with support from some allies. Remember someone else problem won't stay that way.Bangladesh could raise a sizable Rohinyga milita, train them and arm them fairly well to take care of their own problem. Not exactly a bufferzone but it would give them a say in the business. Given attempts for diplomatic solution failed over and over again, who knows we may end up doing that.
