Iran has had decades to prepare for all eventualities against Isreal, yet they keep constantly getting surprised. If Iran is to break apart I hope your country has developed contingency to absorb the northern Turkic regions into Azerbaijan proper. What i would not like to see is a lawless state break out where hundreds of thousands are killed in civil war and millions are displaced similar to what took place in Syria.

you need to stop patronising the Turkish people on here, especially when its a thread about Isreal/Iran. If you spent any time browsing this forum, the Turks know whats up in the region, we know the plans and plots regionally. We also know the plots Iran has enacted against the Turkish people regionally too. Just a few years ago the Iranians were supporting the Armenian occupation of Azerbaijan lands.

Iran lacks a strong conventional force and their airforce is piss weak. They can lob some rockets and suicide drones over and hope for the best, but they're not a serious military. One thing I'll give them credit for is the 358 loitering anti air missile. But overall, their military can't sustain a conflict with a more modern, competent force. This is why Israel will knock them down again in this round of fighting.

The Turkish military on the other hand is a mashup of a strong conventional backbone that can enter and control territory, a competent and relatively advanced airforce, an assortment of SEAD/DEAD systems and a large missile and drone arsenal that can soften up an enemy. Not to mention superior training and and advanced communications network.

The only two issues I see is a lack of stealth fighters in the inventory and perhaps more long term, the negative effects of the political situation.

That is what i meant if Iran doesn't act know it will disintegrate. Just assume you have a bully problem, and he is the real deal, double your size etc. If you got into a fight, you will likely get a beating. You can't just stand down and talk your way at some point if he comes at you have to fight back even you know you will get a beating. Try to get a clean hit, give him a black eye or bloody nose, and you will see he will be less likely to bully you, even if you lose that fight.

Iran needs to do that now. Iran is losing its social cohesion and state structure. This will be the end of Iran, not Israeli strikes. This is the time to show spine for Iran. The disintegration of Iran will be a disaster for Turkiye, but it will be far worse for Europe.
