Russia, Lebanon (Hezbollah), Iraq, Yemen (Houthis). They're also friendly with the likes of China. The list continues to grow if we talk about countries that have serious opposition to Israel's actions in the region, but won't dare get involved with the conflict for a variety of reasons.
