But you also didn't pay enough attention to @Strong AI 's post either. He just asked why didn't they use 2023 data instead of 2022. It had nothing to do with the question of which is a better criteria, TL or % of gdp.
We're all human right 🙂
Actually I read it well. Also looked in to TUIK graphs in local currency expenditure which were given as an alternative. My point was to do with TUIK’s results being in TL over a ten year period not showing true %ge values.

Btw, your calculations are wrong. Dollar inflation is 35,5% in the meantime
I took google’s dollar inflation value compared with today’s. It gave it as 1.43 dollars. It should have been compared with 2023. I stand corrected. But it still doesn’t change the point I was making.

TUIK numbers are
4.3% for education
4.7% for health
in 2023, better than the year before.

Any plan to stopp this development?
$ 45 billion imports
$ 3.5 billion exports

Chery and BYD's investments in Turkiye also works for this. It won't make a huge difference but we're talking about big numbers when the topic is economy. The situation with China won't change unless electronics (phones and any other electronic device) are produced in home. Wish we had a (really) good phone company to compete.

TĂĽrkiye is in 12th position barely surpassed by Italy, 11th position is within reach in a couple of years considering past growth performance. While in Nominal GDP TĂĽrkiye ranks 16th going up by one compared to 2024. Note the 2.54x factor between PPP and nominal GDP. Charts prepared by Zafer.

???
What does the graphic says?
It is the percentage of how much the Turkish economy is bigger and smaller compared to other countries. Italy is only 1.7% bigger and UK is 21.5% bigger while Mexico is 7.3% smaller. All based on the latest PPP GDP values provided by the IMF. While these numbers do not paint the whole picture it is the most telling single number that tells something. If you add 100 to these numbers you find the factor number by which the other country is as big as TĂĽrkiye's economy.

I can tell that TĂĽrkiye can possibly get to the 7th position in the next 10 years if things go well.

Can someone explain this?
Because of this nonsense of a free market economy, the country is getting worse every day. People are immoral, business is immoral, the government doesn't intervene in anything. This system can't function this way.

The free market should be abolished and fixed prices adopted. There's no other solution. But the leaders lack the courage to challenge the global order; they just do whatever Western countries tell them to.

The situation the country has reached is truly frustrating.

There is bad reporting problem in TĂĽrkiye, anyone becomes a reporter using the Internet and starts hunting for clicks.

I'm not trying to say anything; just as I wrote, to elaborate, selling lettuce for 50 lira in the supermarket, while selling it for 2 lira in the field, is pure robbery. From the middlemen involved to the high prices offered by the supermarkets, everyone is engaging in commercial immorality. Because of the free market economy (serbest piyasa), the government can't intervene in any way. The solution is to abandon the simple free market economy and set fixed prices for certain basic needs, setting upper and lower limits.

After 2 decades of “good reporting problem”, it’s time for a reality check.
Does the government any plan to protect the agricultural farmers?

Government already protects farmers but not showmen. Dumping watermelons on the marketplace is a crime and sharing crime videos is being partners in crime. Not every businessman is a successful businessman, you don't dump your goods in the marketplace because you fuck up.
