• Altınay Defense Technologies aims to have the ALKARA Anti-Drone Air Defense System ready by 2026 • In the first phase, wired FPV drones have been targeted. Configurations targeting delta-wing threats, reaching higher speeds and altitudes, will also be available • A system similar to air defense is being developed to neutralize threats targeting sea platforms • For electronic warfare purposes, an airborne vehicle is being created to serve as a decoy system that diverts the threat away from the ship • The cost-effective system is expected to have significant appeal in the global market. A contract was signed between TİTRA Technology and the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Turkey for the procurement of the DUMRUL Armed Mini Unmanned Helicopter.

DUMRUL, a silent helicopter powered by an electric motor, can be armed with 81/60 millimeter mortars, grenade launchers or METE Mini Missiles. Designed for close-range surveillance, DUMRUL can neutralize targets with these weapon systems mounted underneath and integrated imaging capabilities. Developed in line with user needs, the aircraft was designed for effective weapon use in short-range operations.

How? What makes it silent? Did they explain it somewhere or is it our usual defense news media? I really hope they didn't write silent because of electric motor.
No idea mate, but if I had to bet I'd put my money on what you said, "it has electric motor, so it must be silent"

By the way, Dumrul is supposed to have 8 kg payload capacity, so, in theory, it should be able to carry 2 M72 (HAR-66) as well. M72 has 250 (?) metre effective range, iirc, so fired from a drone it should easily have 300+. Could be an interesting option to have if it could be integrated, as we produce both anti-personnel and anti-armour version of it.
