From the photo I can conclude 3 vertical stabilisers which are different from the other 6. Didn't know that the two-seaters differed that much.

It will be the smaller turret that was revealed earlier this year, which can be mounted on 4x4 vehicles.
Original turret was much larger and not compatible with smaller and lighter vehicles. The difference is reduced ammunition load from 60 to 35 in new turret.

Turkish defense company MKE has begun operations in Azerbaijan. The Turkish Ministry of National Defense issued a statement on the matter:

Discussions about purchasing JF-17 Thunder fighters from Pakistan began 20 years ago (!). Baku was in no rush, rejecting the purchase of Block 1 and skipping Block 2. Despite purchasing 16 MiG-29s from Ukraine in 2007, abandoning the Pakistani fighters was never even discussed. We carefully and thoroughly considered the matter, and when Block 3 was ready, we chose it.This is what they cite:

I have no idea what this website is (or I do, you can guess the origin when you read the sentence below), but:
“Azerbaijan reported that its recently purchased JF-17 temu jet persisted KLJ-7A radar and engine failure.“
JF-17 "temu jet"? Really? Not only is it an entirely fabricated claim, but what serious site would use words like that?
Do "aze.media" not possess even a little bit of critical thinking to understand that this is not a serious source?
Besides, even if there were no political obstacles for Azerbaijan to purchase Western fighter jets, why would it be Gripen at all? Fighter jet procurements are as much political as they are technical, and I can’t think of how Sweden would be even a consideration for Azerbaijan. It’s not a particularly friendly country to Azerbaijan to begin with.
There were reasons for this.
First, purchasing military aircraft is a military-political step of strategic significance;
2. We are still under US and EU sanctions;
3. Sweden is not a country with which we can establish strategic relations;
4. Having the JF-17 Thunder, purchasing fighters of the same class is an extremely unwise decision;
5. We are part of the KAAN project and are not looking for alternatives.

you guys are right about the Gripen deal, should of done more research on the original source, my mistake got a little too excited
Gripen is a good fighter, but we should just wait, specially with all the JF-17s that are about to come, for Kaan + Kizilelma combo, that will be the best purchase

After Turkey's exclusion from the F-35 project, Erdogan expressed his desire to purchase Su-57 fighter jets from Russia during his visit to Moscow in August 2019. Two months later, some Russian media reported that Azerbaijan, in response to Moscow's sale of four Su-30s (with an option for eight more) to Armenia, wanted to purchase Russian fighter jets. The aircraft in question were the Su-35 and Su-57.
Yes, our specialists went there and inquired. But it turned out that the Russians weren't interested in selling us the Su-57 or even the Su-35, but rather the MiG-35, which the Russian military itself had rejected.
The Russians were willing to sell their fighter jets to Turkey. They even brought a pair of Su-35s to a technical festival in Turkey. But, as is known, the deal never went beyond negotiations.
Perhaps neither Turkey nor Azerbaijan had serious intentions of buying Russian fighter jets.
