The Gaza Israel intro total unnecessary… it’s practically an invitation for them to see us as a second, highly technologically advanced Iran that seeks the destruction of Israel. Exactly the kind of ammunition they can use against us… especially when they have a country like the US behind them.

The Israelis are apparently demigods to the (US); they say ‘jump’ and the Americans just ask ‘how high’.
Who are they trying to appeal to with a promotional video like this? All the Arabs are thoroughly corrupt and lack the guts and backbone to show their true colours – they themselves seek protection from the Americans.
As long as they do not present a united front and force Israel, together with Turkey, to the negotiating table so that it ceases its destructive policies – using joint hard power – they can do as they please in the Arab world. The Arab League is truly an absolute shit joke.

Akata(sub-atmaca), Akya heavy torpedo and malaman smart bottom mines are all inducted to Navy inventory according to latest statements made by admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu in Mavi Vatan 2026 exercise. Akya was also live-fired against a decommissioned target ship from a Preveze Class submarine.

I am not sure if i should post this here or in the Navy discussion tbh

More of Navy thread than this one but it’s still fine

This looks a statement to a x country :D ...

Oh, my God! This is a big mistake!! We should not publish such videos. Videos on missile tests etc. with some background music are fine, and provide enough deterrence. But this one is too provocative, and politically motivated. And we are saying in the video that we are the last army of Islam. This is like saying to US & Israel pls pls it is my turn now.

Iran was producing such videos and we saw what happened. And don't forget. We don't have any oil or something like Hormus to hold world economy hostage. One last word: "Erken öten horozu keserler." That is, "A cock that sings too early, will be decapitated."

Ah yes a Israeli politician or officer is now going to fear us more/hate us more than they did before.
Who do you think we are dealing with?

Turks shouldn't fall into this trap. The coming war on Turkiye is being normalised by the zionists and their western lackeys. The more its normalised the easier it is for the anglo-american world to enact it.

Turks must be prepared for the zionist agenda, but they shouldn't do things that help it. Giving Turkiye an overtly islamist face was part of the CIA backed FETO agenda against Turkiye to make it easier to promote Turkiye as an enemy of the west. Turks must keep these things in mind.

Gaza and what's left of Palestine has pretty much been exterminated. All the Muslim states that went up against Anglo-american zionist agenda were crushed in recent history. Turks need to take things very seriously moving forward. Muslims need to understand they have been exterminated in many places in the past. From Spain to the Balkans, from Russia to China. We shouldn't think it cant happen again and again. It will keep happening if we keep acting like idiots.

I said before that iranians should be asking themselves how they found themselves in a position where the americans and zionists could bomb the shit out of their nation. The first point of call for them should be to ask who gave them their islamic republic. Turks should ask themselves the same question, who brought islamist politics into power within Turkiye. Who made it easy for Turkiye to be portrayed as an enemy of the west?

Then it makes sense why zionists have dehumanised Muslims globally.

I see people pointing out that almost all ballistic missiles are hypersonic in the terminal phase, so there is no such thing as a “hypersonic ballistic missile.” What makes Tayfun Block 4 different from other ballistic missiles such that it’s called hypersonic? Or is it just a marketing gimmick?

We need to ask ourselves why an Israeli politician/officer would hate us. The reason is that Türkiye wants to be the leader of muslim countries. And Erdogan wants to liberate Jerusalem. At least he's dreaming about it. He is not anti-semitic, though. He would also be happy with a neo-ottomanic structure wherein jews and muslims (and christians) live happily together. However, even this blissful view is taboo to Israelis. They are taking it seriously and saying neo-ottomanism is simply no-go. And I can understand them. This is similar to Greeks telling us look Istanbul belonged to Byzantine before so we will liberate it. We'll have to use force but don't worry we will treat you well and we'll live happily together :)

Now the big question: what will Türkiye gain by pursuing the above dream? Nothinggggg. It would just lose big time!!!
Instead I suggest the following:

1) Soften the tone. Avoid silly rhetoric (and videos) that do not bring anything. (Did the video help the people in Gaza?) Reassure Israel that our only concern is with the humanitary situation in Gaza.
2) No one prevents Erdogan to have good relations with other muslim countries. He can work on improving trade, cultural etc. ties with them and also sell them weapons as they'd want to diversify now after US-Iran war.
3) Improve relations and cultural ties with Europe. Open Hagi Sophia as a church as a sign of goodwill and a symbol that religion won't be a dominant theme anymore.
4) Continue (and invest even more) on technological advancement, industrial and military strengthening. This not with a dream to attack any country but to be prepared for any war and be able to defend our rights in east med and overall in a rational sense.

The way to prosperity and peace is quite easy. Running after futile dreams is potentially lethal.

It’s clear that we’re making a remarkable breakthrough on the international stage with Tayfun and, subsequently, CENK, but there’s a flood of baseless speculation—to the point of taking things way too far—all in the name of generating engagement or clickbait, especially on social media. Given Tayfun’s propulsion system and the predictible apogee of its predicted ballistic trajectory within the estimated range, the terminal descent velocity it can reach or the limits within which it can remain is more or less can be guess by BM enthuaists. I’m not an expert on this and won’t make definitive claims, but I think it’s reasonable to say that re-entry momentum—that is, the kinetic energy accumulated in a frictionless environment—is the primary determining factor here. When I scrolling social media today, I saw all sorts of nonsense from people claiming speeds of 20 Mach to those insisting Cenk will reach ICBM range. Some self-proclaimed expert, who seems to have no clue that the issue isn’t simply about building a bigger rocket, has suddenly declared himself a ballistic missile specialist after a Roketsan post. We’ve made tremendous progress. But we still need to acquire a number of critical technologies.
