Seems like a nice OPV, is that 2x1 AShM, or Torpedo tubes ? The picture has 2x2 but model seems to have only 2x1.

Yes, it is an anti-ship missile (AShM) launcher, consisting of two parallel 2x2 launch tubes loaded with 4 C-802A missiles.
