During World War I, a systematic genocide was perpetrated against all Turkic peoples in the world; they hunted Turks down like a witch hunt.
The greatest massacre in the world was committed against the Turks. In the last two centuries, the massacres of Turks affected more than half of our total population. If these massacres hadn't happened, our population as Turkic peoples would probably be half a billion.
As the Turkish people, we cannot afford to be weak; for us, being strong is not an option, it is an absolute necessity.
