• Design of MIUS fighter jet drone will be revealed
• First submarine of its class U-214TN, PiriReis will be launched on sea
• Roketsan will deliver KaraOk ATGM, Atmaca SSM and Akya heavy torpedos
• Tanok 120mm laser guided missile to be fired from Altay T2 will be revealed
• Yatağan 40mm miniature missile will enter inventory in 2021
• Cida 90mm urban warfare anti-tank/personnal missile will be completed in this year

• Development of Kara-SOJ 2(Koral-2) will proceed.
• Modification of Hava-SOJ will proceed
• Delivery of Naval-SOJ (Ufuk) will be done in this year.

• Tübitak will be ready for serial production of EHPOD and EWPOD.
• We will see some details of AselFlir-F500C new generation gimbal (advanced variant of CATS)
• We will see the general design of TB3 UCAV
• Serial production of long range anti-radiation kamikaze drone in different blocks will start
• I think We will see the first ignition of BATU 1500hp and UTKU 1000hp turbodiesel engines
• We will likely see design image of TEI-TS-3000 turboshaft engines in this year
• The detail design and production of Gokturk yenileme satellite (with 0,3m resolution national camera developed by OPMER)
• Prototype production of TF-X MMU will commence at the end of 2021.

If we divide the technical and bureaucratic development of the Turkish defense and aerospace industry since 1974 into two main groups: We have to say that Turkish defence and aerospace have entered a new and 3rd phase with 2021. This period not only means system development in line with national doctrines and competence in main system design and test activities, but also represents an incredible vertical specialization that will eliminate (implicitly or explicitly) embargo threats.

The period of 2021-2030, or if we add Milden and MMU lets say the period until mid 2030s, this era will be the scene of exciting new developments every next year. The schedule and expectations given by Cabatli above are the great breakthroughs that could not even be imagined in defense forums in the 90s and early 2000s. Therefore, the 2021-2030 interval represents the period of the Turkish defense industry will rise to the top league in all respects.

Eager to see if they release a price tag to compare to the $290.000.000 price tag for 3000 GBU-39's for Saudi Arabia. If I remember correctly, the amount of indigenous Turkish PGM (KGK,HGK and LGK) ordered was in the high thousands if not over ten thousand. We could see a similar number of SDB's ordered.

Construction of DIMDEG (Flotilla RAS) will start
Construction of Coastal oiler (RAS) -2 ships will start
LSS (2) will be delivered to Navy
LST (+2) can be signed with ADIK construction to start in 2022.
Yakamoz-L (low frequency sonar) will enter next phase.
Aselsan will introduce new naval radar.

AKYA and ORKA will be both delivered in end of 2022 with slight interval between.

Hopefully Turkey does not purchase more Russian arms e.g. SU-35 to fill the gap, but what other option do you have if they don't have permission to buy the F35?

Goksungur and MIUS? I'm pretty sure both will be ready before the TF-X. Goksungur is supposed to be tested sometime soon.
