That's just propaganda, states with a third of their country under Russian occupation have 0 chances to join NATO

I kind of don't want NATO's engagement in Ukraine, Black Sea and Caucasus. NATO can't even counter Russian moves in Middle East and North Africa but kind of wants to poke the Russians in their backyard. How this mentality is going to help to anyone. Maybe I should have said US instead of NATO.

Ukraine seems to be in literally integration prosess with NATO whereas Azerbaidjan is far from western defense policies. Membership of Ukraine realistic because NATO conducts trainings with Ukranian Army on Ukranian soil. Also Ukraine has been reconstructing its Army according to NATO doctrine. It's not a dream for Ukraine.
