Making an official visit to Cairo, Foreign Zohrab Mnatsakanyan also accused Ankara of destabilizing these and neighboring regions, including the South Caucasus.

“We are following closely developments in the Eastern Mediterranean,” Mnatsakanyan said after talks with his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry. “We are in solidarity with Greece and Cyprus on their inalienable rights to economic activities in the exclusive economic zone in line with international law.”

“I want to also emphasize our solidarity and support to Egypt in the same way,” he told a joint news conference held shortly before his separate meeting with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

Mnatsakanyan went on to praise Egypt’s “commitment to peace and stability” in Libya where Cairo and Ankara support rival warring factions. “We very much welcome your efforts in this regard,” he told Shoukry.

Tensions between Turkey on one side and Greece, Cyprus and Egypt on the other have grown in recent months over conflicting claims to the extent of their continental shelves in the eastern Mediterranean.

Ever since the Turkish-Azerbaijani exercises and calls for a Turkish base in Azerbaijan basically made Armenia back off. But we all know Russia ordered Armenia to attack to keep pressure upon Turkey to get some leverage.

It seems like the UAE is going all-out in it's anti-Turkey efforts. Let's ignore Libya and the Eastern Mediterranean. They financially aided the YPG, paid the US to stay in Syria to protect YPG and even offered to send troops there... Now they are supporting Armenia.

The problem here for the UAE is that although these efforts are an annoyance to Turkey, ultimately Turkey could end everything in a single day. Many analysts predict that the UAE's wealth will dwindle in the coming decades, so what we are seeing here is their final attempt to solidify their future.

Many don't realise this, but the UAE and Saudi Arabia spent billions trying to promote Sunni Extremism in Turkey in order to spark a Turkey-Iran war. These efforts failed and Turkey ultimately ended up spending a lot of this money in R&D. This is why Saudi Arabia and the UAE are at odds with Turkey today. To them, a Turkey-Iran war would be an opportunity to gain fertile land with a practically endless supply of fresh water (desalination still has a long way to go until it's efficient). More realistically, they seek to contain both Turkey and Iran, as the decline of wealth in the Gulf States will ultimately mean that they (KSA & UAE) will be subject to interference from Turkey and Iran.

The problem here for them is that the enemy could've just been Iran. But now they have Turkey as an enemy too. This could've easily been avoided, but I guess it goes to show the short-sightedness of the UAE/KSA leadership.

The last time Armenia actually mattered was back in the year 387 AD when it was split between the Roman and Persian empires.

Look at their so called empire lmaooo before the Romans and Persians stomped them.

Armenians spent most of their time switching their side to the strongest empire. When that strong empire starts to collapse or weaken they switch sides. They done it with the Romans, Persians, Seljuks, Mongols, Arabs, Ottomans and the Russians. They have no shame in being opportunistic. Hence why armenians are just bootlegged Jews.
