ANKA payload capacity is increased to 350kg after the integration of PD-170 and a new improved wing design. Improved Anka can carry 2x MAM-T and 6x MAM-L or 2x Aselsan miniature bombs and 2x MAM-L. Aselsan miniature bomb is effective against hard targets like aircraft shelters and battlefield fortifications.

The engine hasn't changed. The new configuration is available with the PD-155. A friend in TUSAŞ said that this performance is possible with material engineering and experience.

It is a typo. I'm %100 confident that Ankas are delivered with PD-170s. You cant increase payload capacity by %40(250 to 350kg) with the same engine. PD-155 is still offered as an option though.

If a structural improvement is made that sheds 100kg of weight you automatically will have that much gain in the payload budget. Weight reduction and drag reduction or lift to drag ratio improvement of wings will directly benefit payload capacity. So, 250kg to 350kg is very possible.

if it was engine difference only (170/155)x1500kg(?) =145kg > 100 kg (without other changes)

Engine difference+new wing design(improved lift force). TAI has been improving Anka continuously for over a decade now. I don't think there is much room to reduce weight.

But they don't advertise. It's just in the annual report. If the promotional video was made, then you might be right. But only a picture from field tests was used here.
