Seriously looks good!!!

A true Sipahi!!

The Arab music is irrelevant and cringe, names are Persian. These werent the names Ottomans used. Didnt you notice? The Ottoman terminology for armor parts were suprisingly Turkic words.

We didnt/dont call helmet kolahkhud. We either call/called it tolga or miğfer.
Shamshirs were the swords that were imported from Persia. Sword is called kilij in Turkish. Ottoman Kilij and Persian shamshir show/showed fundamental differences. Persian shamshir is more slander and doesnt have yalman(weighted tip) both originate from Turko-Mongol sabre of Seljuk era.

We dont call/never called shield separ. We call/called it kalkan.

We dont/didnt call hand armor dastband, we call/called it elçek.
We dont/didnt call lower arm armor bazuband, we call/called it kolçak.
We dont/didnt call shin protectors saqband, we call/called it dizçek.
We dont/didnt call foot protectors payband, we call/called it tozluk.
We dont/didnt call thigh protectors ranin, we call/called it butluk.

Also it is called sipahi not sepahi.

I know but the stuff looks pretty good.

People think Arabs or Persians invented curved swords when its actually Turkic/Central Asian in origin. People dont even realise this too.

Arab and the Persians used straight swords they were introduced to curved swords thanks to Turkic soldiers that fought in their armies.

I think Arabs knew the curved swords from the Indians before Islam.

No, Indians learnt them after Arabs. Indians also learnt curved swords from Turkic invaders. Tulwar appeared with Turkic Delhi Sultanate in Khalji-Tughlag period in 13th century.

Arabs learnt it in the reign of Abbasid Caliph Al-Mu'tasim when he initiated the practice of raising slave soldiers from Turkic tribes: Ghulam system in 9th century.
But curved sword being the widespread islamic sword happened under Seljuk period.

Chinese Dao got its curved design after the Mongol Yuan dynasty.

This wiki article summarizes it all pretty well actually:

The designs came to Western and Eastern Europe aka the Saber.

Also the US marines use the Mamluke sword as a ceremonial sword.

Yes I think that is a mistake from the artist since they used to wear the central Asian mirror armor.

It could be captured or a European Sipahi. Despite Sipahis being for Turks only overtime they accepted non Turks.

Its not unusual for the Ottomans to use plate armour like the Serbian knights for example.

But yes most of the time most Ottomam cavalry wore plate mail armour or mirror armour. It could be Balkan troops. Most Balkan troops used plate armour but for the Turks serving they prefered plated mail or just chainmail.

Not unusual just not so common. Of course the full plated armour knights are mostly Western some Balkan and Eastern European countries adopted it overtime even Russia when it comes to Russia it was small amounts because like the Ottomans and other Eastern armies they too used plated mail or mirror armour.

@Nein2.0 the Circassians that I talk to deny that their clothes came from the steppe people while the karachay Balkars say they Circassian clothes come from the alans,cumans/kipchaks and the khazars for me I can see the connection clearly.
