The only definitive answer i could get is to counter the northern threat , range and ECCM was the king here ...

if you mean the draft penal code/RKUHP then it will need no implementing regulation just like what we have now with the current civil code and penal code

Expensive price, Indonesia never operated French fighter second so there is no tradition and heritage at all
