Help identifying purpose of this Egyptian thermal

Came upon a thermal called D69 and I think its going to be used on an armored vehicle but can't tell the purpose of it fully.

Saw it at IDEX 2021 and it was shown to the Iraqi minister but nobody got a brochure of it unfortunately and I have to wait until December 2021 until EDEX to find more information.

It looks like its on a BMP or Sinai-200(modified locally produced version of it) chassis but unsure of the complete details as I had to crop it from a very low quality video.

I was thinking its going to be a similar system to the Catherine series by Thales by its thats just a guess, any help?

Its obvious they don't produce the critical components but interesting if it is a locally designed system with Mechanical and some optical production which is better than nothing.
