It pains me to say it ,but I'm sure that some Rafales were lost,they would have come out with proof if this wasn't the case. Hopefully, they've learned something after this.

That depends....if surrender would mean that Romania will cease to exist,or,it will be only a rump state,1/3 of its former size and just a Russian satellite.....than,it's better not to exist at all!
