Wasn't first ADA built this way as well? If I remember correctly, design has been finalized during construction. As first ADA class, I guess Navy felt need of securing commitment to the TF2000 project if they chose to to go this way.

Isn't the reason we can't produce more T70s not because of CAATSA but because the license in the original agreement expired? Also, they have just started negotiations? Guess no good news coming from T925 development.

Understood. So why is there a 2 different models? Will there be a 2 different(or more) hulls of OPV's with different mission profiles(like hi-lo mix or something else) or is there a mistake with one of the models?(Like outdated model (with Ada shaped) or misunderstanded model(with Istif shaped) )
