Ramjets require an initial speed, thats why it's different for sam vs a2a. SAM are better of solid because ramjet also depends on air and would have difficulty with high altitudes.
Not to mention, china also starter with stobar with Russian style carrier and jets and now are moving to Cato bar with their stealth jets. I think we would go a similar pace, but this also follows China's incredible growth. Our economy is stagnating. A better economy is required for all that.
Will US even sell F47?
Wrt carrier based Kaan, we simply don't have the budget. Hurjet and drones will have to do. The journey to naval aviation is long and we have a lot of work to do. We might have a full carrier with a stealth fighter in 20 years if economy doesn't collapse.
One question, if it was an offset including stuff like palm oil would that still be the case? Turkey imports about 800 mil $ worth palm oil annually for instance, I had heard something about such an agreement
Do we know if 270 degree is continuous? Maybe its front and back 270° coverage because it would be difficult to have 270 just from the nose, unless they are like angled 90 degrees?
I mean we know its being worked on. TF2000 won't be finished too fast so until then I imagine we will have prototypes of abm capabilities at least, and radars will probably get better at tracking them with software and other upgrades
TF2000 is needed for defense of mainland too because ballistic missile defense works when it's closer to the source, you must detect and intercept in early stages for longer range ones. Against longer range munitions as well it creates the first line of defense. Imagine enemy has 500km missile...
I was also considering is Tayfun block 4 was just name change for Cenk for standardization but the missile is different from the Cenk we saw in videos which has a distinct nose. I wonder if Gökbora replaces Gökhan project or complements it but it would be nice if we have both, Gökbora for IWB...
