Today I learned that TAI has 12,000 employees, that‘s a lot of man- and brainpower.
Ignore such articles mate
If this was true, then TAI wouldnt have completed projects like TFX or even possess 12,000 employees! If the brain drain was soo big that severe brain drain took place from 2019 onwards, then no project wouod have been completed
Western media tend to demean the Turkish defence industry by any means; since they dont like what Turkey is achieving as this will not only create a big competitor to their monopoly but also give the rise for a new playmaker in the international arena which something that the West will go to the point of destroying Turkey itself rather than seeing it occur
Temil Kotil himself stated that major Western defence companies are offering salaries which are
3 times higher than the normal market price in order to cripple TAI for good! If Turkish engineers werent patriotic then TAI would have been long gone.
Finally, it is normal to see western companies more flourishing as they have history of top quality products while TAI is still growing. If the Turkish populace isnt ready to make sacrifices to grow, then Turkey itself wont grow and this is primarily the Western aim
And the proverb says it all:
Rome wasnt built in a day
