...so we are operating assets out of Socotra Island and/or have some sort of replenishment infrastructure there?
The island is pretty much occupied by the UAE & Israel has considerable presence there as well (in the form of ELINT-gathering stations etc.)...not hard to imagine we'd have negotiated for some sort of ability to use their existing infrastructure for our own missions.
Must have been agreed upon during one of the I2U2 meetings.
