Summit of NATO members in EU held by the presidents. Greece was missing. Why?
The heads of the largest European countries were invited to London to discuss the defense of Europe from possible attacks by Russia without NATO, or rather, without the United States. Turkey was invited because Europe is not very capable of defending itself without it. This is the reality.
What can Greece offer in this regard? Obviously, much less than Turkey.

In the coming days, Macron will again gather the leaders of European countries, and then the chiefs of the general staff of the European armies.
It seems to me that Macron will most likely invite the Greeks, but will not invite Turkey for a well-known reason.
Turkey does not accept French leadership in Europe. Turkey's position is closer to Great Britain than to Paris.
In my opinion, even if it is invited, Ankara may refuse to send the chief of the general staff to Paris.
It is unlikely that Erdogan has forgotten the reaction (or rather the lack of reaction) of NATO countries 5 years ago in Syria, when 33 Turkish soldiers were killed under Russian air strikes.

« The US president’s actions are “a wake-up call for us to unite and design our own centre of gravity”, Fidan told the Financial Times, adding that Turkey would want to be part of any new European security architecture if Nato unravels»

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio appeared on Fox News with an ashen cross on his forehead, symbolizing the beginning of Lent for Catholics.
Rubio is a Catholic. Before meeting with viewers, he attended Mass.
The TV channel noted that the appearance of a politician with religious symbols is a rarity for statesmen of this level (haqqin az)

Since Obama, the US has been successfully destroying its hegemony in the world. Now it is interesting to know whether the Americans will be able to destroy their state if they elect all the ideot in the country to the government.
Bravo, America!

Seems like Americans are getting more religious in response to years of wokeism. Not a good thing for them at all, could see Christian extremism becoming a thing.

Europeans, Canadians and Australians are more level-headed, Americans meanwhile, seem to have lost their minds. Believing in crazy conspiracies, rejecting evolution and basic science is becoming the norm amongst republicans. Not defending democrats here, but the path that republicans are going down is self destructive; can see them becoming like Christian versions of Islamists who've fucked up the Muslim world for decades.

Founding fathers of the USA were all freemasons also wanted the separation of church and state.

Americans are pretty much hypocrites.

If a Turkish politicians went on TV with a Quran and yelled Allahu Akbar. These dickheads will quickly say look its Islamist Turkiye at it again.

You know what Turkiye is actually much more secular than a lot of Western and European countries.

Greece has a State religion. Sweden, UK, Norway, Spain and the Netherlands have kings or queens who believe they are appointed by God to rule.

Turkiye has none of those. Still in foreign policy they have the nerve to bitch about Turkiye.

Jewish extremists are also gonna fck up Israel so bad.

You know for decades Israel actually tried to bolster its relations with the Non Arab Islamic world.

Now with the whole Gaza thing. Thanks to their Extremism they basically made half the world turn against them.

Pretty much normal for Islam, Christianity and Judaism to have the most fcked up extremists.

Islamic history is full of Khawarij types thats constantly appeared numerous time. Khawarij only goal has always been chaos and destruction. Best example is Algeria with the Armed Islamic Group that ripped Algeria apart.

Two books worth reading, especially when you look at the direction the USA has been heading in.

And:

In the case of the first book one of the signs of Germany going full nutty leading to the rise of hitler was the extreme superstition and fascination with religion, the occult, and with mysticism not just among the political class but the among the peasantry. You can see that with the USA, even as it morally becomes more and more degenerate its fascination in religion and mysticism is growing and growing. Especially in the case of the new age freemasonic movement.

"Fidan also addressed US President Donald Trump’s recent actions, which have left many Western leaders shaken, suggesting that they serve as “a wake-up call for us to unite and design our own centre of gravity.”

He added that Türkiye would want to be part of any new European security architecture if NATO were to unravel.

“The genie is out of the bottle and there is no way to put it back,” Fidan said of European security.

“Even if President Trump decides not to withdraw from Europe at this time, it is possible that in the future someone with similar views and political ideas might consider reducing America’s contributions to European security.”

This i find a dumb insecure stupid statement.
Yes, an ill-considered statement. One word too many. "аny"
Well, in principle, I think it's correct. Trust in America is 0.
The security interests of Turkey and Europe coincide.
We must act.

It's high time for our own Nukes, the rest is noise.

Rationally speaking you got the Russian nutter to your north, the radical extremist isreal to your south, the mad mullah regime to your east and the french made a separate military alliance with greece against Turkiye. This doesnt even take into account the americans working to partition the Turkish state. All 5 of them are nuclear powers, well 4 with the 5th looking to acquire them. no nation on earth is being challenged by 4+1 nuclear powers at once. If anything not to have your own deterrent is grand negligence.

But as always the problem is the moment you move towards its, the self declared free world and not the so free world are going to look to try and turn Turkiye upside down.

Macron - Putin duel

Macron, who said that Russia has become a threat to France and all of Europe, had stated that he planned to hold a meeting with the participation of all European army commanders in the capital Paris next week.

Putin: "Some people have forgotten how Napoleon's campaign ended."
MACRON'S ANSWER TO PUTIN ABOUT NAPOLEOn: YOU ARE WRONGLY INTERPRETING HISTORY:
"There are still people who want to go back to Napoleon's time, forgetting how it ended (Napoleon's defeat in the Moscow campaign)," Macron spoke as follows:
"I think you are misinterpreting history, and this surprises me. Napoleon made conquests, but the only imperialist power I see in Europe today is Russia. He is a leader who approaches history from a revisionist and imperialist perspective."
EUROPEAN UNION DECIDES ON A DEFENSE PLAN WORTH 800 BILLION EUROS
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a statement before the EU Leaders' Summit, "We will also arm Ukraine, which is struggling for its existence, thanks to the 800 billion euro "ReArm Europe" defense plan." (Türkiye media)

Germany Decides to Produce Leopards Instead of Mercedes

It seems that it is time to create a separate topic - the Third World War :(

This i find a dumb insecure stupid statement.
I don't think so. Turkey's strategy is generally to pursue a swing state policy (Multi Vector Strategies); it is already part of the Sky Shield initiative. Turkey will never be part of the EU, it will never be included in Brics+.
But it is very important to have a foot in each of these organizations, because as an enlarged partner it not only opens markets but also benefits from their security architecture through sales and cooperation and synergies.
At the same time, you are one of the few countries in the world that are very flexible in who you can talk to and trade with.
Full membership of NATO is sufficient as a hedge and deterrent, the current state of US policy is only a temporary phase, they are moving their forces to the Pacific and this is only possible with a comprehensive temporary cut for the Europeans.
Turkey can now benefit by cooperating with the UK, Spain and Italy and maybe later France and Germany again in the defense industry (Key Countries in Europen Defense), further intensifying bilateral trade and creating dependencies in Europe.
It has the network in Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, the Caucasus and via the Turkish states.
The more dependencies are created, the more isolated countries such as Greece and Israel are to counter, because Turkey's interests are ultimately the interests of partner countries that are economically dependent on Turkey. The USA and Russia/China have been playing this game for decades.

Turkey pursues a realistic, pragmatic and opportunistic foreign policy. It relies on economic integration as a means of securing its interests while remaining flexible in military and geopolitical terms. This strategy is designed to maximize Turkey's influence in the long term without making itself vulnerable to blackmail by individual partners or alliances - a game that only the major powers have played effectively to date.

AIPAC moving against us.

They will do everything to kick Turkey out of Syria so that they can annex it.

The statement says that the designation change is consistent with Turkey’s growing ties with Russia, China and Iran, its backing of Hamas and its hostile military actions toward Greece and Cyprus, which “are fundamentally at odds with Western security interests”; its “increasingly anti-Western posture, turning away from its European aspirations”; and its “growing authoritarianism and continued hostility toward NATO allies.”

Do you know if this affects anything?
