I have been struggling to find any information on what weapons will be fit in the internal weapon bay. Will there be air-to-ground missiles and munitions that will fit in the internal weapon bay/s or only air-to-air missiles?

No they wouldn't abandon cooperation with friendly nations. Security and military affairs will likely remain untouched. In fact, the Turkish Armed Forces will likely be more active, because they would launch operations whenever they need to instead of waiting around for Erdogan's mood to change.

It's hard to believe but this whole thing just seems like a mistake by AKP, just like in the 2019 Istanbul election re-run. Let's not forget that most of the smart men in AKP left the party years ago. Now what remains are different groups fighting for power from within. This isn't the same AKP...
