Maybe you cant engage against F35 itself but you can protect yourself against its ammunition and missiles.

100% interception is impossible. However, network centric and layered AD concepts have much more chance. I think MKE's 20mm gatling and/or portable Nazar systems will be the standart elements for Siper components. Everything should be done to protect these vital and expensive systems.
