You are right, carrier air wing does not necessarily carry 90 aircraft. But I think overall readiness of USN aircrafts is around 70-75%. 60% is for the F-35s. (While 53% for F-35B only)

Two carrier strike groups will carry around 90 fighters. Marine fighters are not part of CSG afaik.
