Around 620kg of bombs there. Given other payloads, it is close to the limit. Impressive.

Akinci is the one most likely to replace f4's for air to ground attack. Since it is capable of handling heavy payloads like neb84 which aksungur simply could not. Drones are much cheaper to service operate and they can stay airborne much longer.

According to what available factual data that makes ktj1750 better than tj300. I did not see any ktj1750 engine running but there are tests of tj300 reaching 1342N of thrust. Can someone enlighten me about it?

Canada suspends exports of military drone technology to Turkey

Sometimes difference in 5kg due to weight of engine or cats device, it could affect 10-15kg payload on a drone or a few hours of flight duration in a small drone like tb2. I cannot decide importance of that difference but i just heard it from an interview of mr Kotil or mr Aksit.

I cannot find a source right now, but i know that aksungur advertised 35kft with 150kg payload, 25kft with 750kg payload.

France is good example for us to develop our independent defence industry and to say US military bases " fuck off". Because this is what they deserve.

Just imagine layer of an potential air force. Aksungur for reconaissance, Akinci for strikes Mius for potential threats for akinci and aksungur. F16s or Tfx's for command / control of drones synced with ground station. Awacs planes may be "drones" providing radar info for all positioned air...

For f16s, "they would delay it long enough that it does not make sense anymore" kind of approach seems to be the way. They would never openly reject LOR. Othervise, it would be disaster for any Nato ally to rely on US. It will give an upper hand to Russia that allies are not safe enough in the...

In terms of thrust levels tr40 is around 560lbf which powers around 500kg som j and m88-2 16000lbf (ab) 10000lbf max engine and two of them powers 33tonnes mtow rafale.

Thats why i just used the world "imagine" to explain a potential capability. The French is way more reluctant to supply those engines and even less reliable nato "partner" than US

Snecma m88-2 is same diameter with ai322 just a bit longer and heavier. I just could not imagine capabilities of mius with that powerfull engine. Looking at its size, could mius accomodate 2wvr and 4bvr missiles? What do you think?

Israelis have US behind them. Same is true for s. Korea and Japan. We have limited budget. We simply cannot afford to pay 16billion dolars for 80 rafale fighters like bae. Even we want to pay it, i do not think that there is anyone willing to provide. Our borders are mostly surrounded by seas...

Even 250 fighters like tfx would be more than enough considering there would be 2 wingmans (mius) with them. Turkish fighters will not make a flight in South Chinese sea, they would be around the country. From Invasion of Ukraine, it became obvious again, if you want to be deterrent, you need...

Why those 6000lbf engines are around 800kgs. Snecma m88-2 is 100kgs heavier and making 11000lbf. Are those engines could be made 100 to 200 kgs lighter. Is it because cost factors due to r&d process ?

Tei's main interest is not actually tj300, it was offered to them to replace harpoon missile engines said Mr Akşit. There was not any kind of "failure" indication. Since kale is more focused team on cruise missile engines, it makes sense that project is delivered to them. Tei has limited...
