Not always You will use those to distract SAMs, not completely destroy them. No AD system have 100% success rate against BMs and Tayfun being able to manuever and being fast reduces the chances of AD systems intercepting it. Kargı and Akbaba just adds more complexity for enemy

intercepting BMs, which is already hard given that Tayfun is pretty fast and can move (not much as HGVs but still) Kargı and Akbaba will just make things harder

afaik, quasi ballistic missiles can do unexpected changes in route, making them harder to intercept, especially when the interceptor is slower than the missile. I would say main advantage of Tayfun is not the longer range, but it can be used for closer ranged targets with more speed available...
