Well in theory Hankendi and Lachin might get in Azeri control too in 5-10 years but its Russian we are dealing with so Azerbaijan better prepares for the worst case scenario in the mean time.

Turkey with ressource/population rich Azerbaijan and Georgia with black sea access definitely has the better cars than Russian with land locked Armenia which is essentially a ruined country on every front imaginable. The exodus of youth out of Armenia will increase even more in the next years...
