I don't think it's about censoring twitter. These are Turkish media organizations writing articles and sharing graphic videos like the murder on their website and twitter before the suspects are even arrested.
Just enforce regulation that prevents violent media from being shared by news...
Making it to the news is one thing, but all the graphical videos - are they necessary ?
If a group wanted to demoralise a population, I'd keep putting these videos everywhere on social media.
