I think the point was if a single AKINCI can do like 10% of performance of E7, a bunch of them can effectively create a networked alternative. Having multiple in different directions can provide significant benefits in some detection scenarios.
Well we are not America and they have alternatives. We won't be able to negotiate to the same extent they do. They will probably ask for more independence and special customizations that others wouldn't give, and we will do what they want cuz money.
