PEMs are a real headache. Storing hydrogen and oxygen and refueling sub is a real pain in the ass. Sterling is also heavy and not space-efficient so it is not useful at all compared to Li-Ion batteries. A sub with Li-Ion batteries can stay underwater for an extended period compared to the...

Lithium batteries are the way. Turkey will be producing its own lithium batteries very soon. We are setting up a big battery factory which will be enough for the production of 400k EV vehicles. Aspilsan is also investing in lithium battery production. Turkey has a good local cobalt and nickel...

AIP is dead. Lithium-ION batteries are replacing/will replace AIP. HY steel is not a problem Turkey can produce it if necessary or you can buy it from multiple suppliers. The real target is non-magnetic steel.

Currently, there is no problem with Reis subs. The first one is on trial and will be delivered next year. Erdo is sending a message to two countries Germany and the USA. If a new German admin tries some shenanigans over sub deal Turkey will stop payments and complete the remaining subs on his...

I understand Hisar but Atmaca will replace Exocets. Later Atmaca can be used by any ship with advent it is so easy to move Atmaca from Buraks to another ship. They are not even that expensive at 500k $ per missile. 4x Atmaca for Buraks will cost peanuts but will add so much firepower.

Upgrading Burak class is a very smart choice. It gives great firepower to those ships in the short term and when the time comes we can strip Buraks and put those systems(Mar-D, Advent, and Atmaca missiles on the Hisar class Milgem OPV ships. Buraks will probably be retired before 2030.

This is what I have been saying for months now. What does it mean? It will perform better than APG-83 SABR. I already posted a scientific article about that. First of all, Aselsan F-16 AESA is GaN-based not GaAs which is better, second, a new high-performance cooling system and power delivery...

Nope Greece likes to show it like that but it is an aid agreement for example if Greece gets into war hardware from the French military might be delivered to Greece as aid. Greece doesn't have enough ammo, smart bombs, rockets, missiles, or anything to sustain a long war. This is their number...

We should announce that we won't recognize any license limitations regarding US hardware if such sanctions pass. We should completely renew our F-16 fleet with Ozgur+national Aesa radar and buy a good amount of national AA missiles. All of the structural parts can be easily produced if we stop...

PD-222 is more suitable for short take-offs as more power is needed at take-off. PD-170 and PD-222 are form fit and interchangeable with each other so you can remove PD-170 and place PD-222 in its place.
