why should jet engine make it more detectable in radar? i think no connection there.. but it an be detected with thermal camera.. if you put a jet engine, it become a cruise missiles.. i would rather make a new design that sticking to old huge bomb. if USA makes it doesnt mean its a good idea...

funny part, both of them are jet powered, and most probably it will use turbojet engine to make that speed.. another advantage of turbojet, as it doesnt have fans, less area for air intake, its more stealth to radars..
