Definitely very capable aircraft for its price level no doubt. I just don't trust this source, bigger sources would have given a big lead up for a cpl weeks (this and that guy is visiting Azerbaijan etc)

Not really. Of buoyancy pressure regarding balance of payments current account ( taking BD goods exports)....the US provides near 9 billion dollars per year regularly. That compares very favourably to the 2 billion India provides and 1 billion PRC provides. US allies provide a larger amount...
