That's when the hyper nationalist narrative of Arnab and his clones also took off unfortunately. I spoke to 2 people close to the attacks - one was a diplomat in the the Israeli Consulate in Bombay. Any Jew irrespective of being an Israeli citizen or not was offered to be evacuated to Israel on...

Yes, I was at a pub called Henry Tham's which was literally 200 meters from the Taj and would probably have gone there. Had also dropped an American friend to Chabad House a few times. Was absolutely nuts.

The Pakistanis don't realize the effect 26/11 had. They can kiss any negotiation for anything goodbye.

    Live Conflict War in Afghanistan

If the Afghan VP has an ax to grind with Germany, am sure he might consider tweeting this pic. No point blaming the Brits or Americans for it.

Pakistan's duty to raise Kashmir issue more vigorously at UN, says UNGA president

What happened in Jammu wasn't done by Indian forces. What was done in Mirpur was done by Pakistani forces. It's there in Christopher Snedden's book - I think he is Aussie and the book is published by Harper Collins.

Pakistan's duty to raise Kashmir issue more vigorously at UN, says UNGA president

Are you now suggesting that Bangladeshi don't fall under South Asian Muslims? I stand by the statement - more South Asian Muslims live outside Pakistan than in it. Is this factually incorrect?

Troops were on the borders. Not in the cities and towns. So what's wrong if non ethnic Kashmiris buy land there?

Didn't India capture Baramulla, Uri, Kargil, Jhanger, Rajauri, Turtuk, Teetwal, Gurez - all once part of PoK but now part of India?

So they don't speak Kashmiri? I didn't know. I do realize that they have a very small part of Kashmir but didn't know about the language.

Everyone will stick to their narrative. I suspect @Waz maybe of Kashmiri heritage from the PoK side. Can't begrudge him his thoughts and ideas.
